Folks at +2600 The Hacker Quarterly have a tendency to get sued and fight for their causes. They are always, at least morally (even if not legally), right. But this one isn't one of their 'usual lawsuits'. They still have all the right here, only this isn't their usual topic and certainly this came as a total surprise to them. As it should, this ridiculous claim called into their laps, but it could have happened to any other publication or someone else, all the same.
